All our members have the opportunity to take on leadership roles within our organisation that include:

– Management Committee – Young people are at the helm of AYP and determine what we do

– Join as Youth Mentors/Youth Workers – When young people become 16 they can apply and get trained as youth mentors to engage young people on our programmes

– Project management –  Do you have an idea for an activity at AYP. If so our team will work with you to plan and run the project during one of our sessions

– Work experience – Carry out your work experience at AYP to help enhance your CV and join our management team
