Youth Development Programme

Recruitment for our youth development programme takes place every year and attending ensures you receive an invite to 26 trips each year. You will gain essential skills such as teamwork and leadership, Qualifications like first aid, meet famous and successful people.

The aim of this programme is to ensure everyone who takes part walks away with a range of skills that enable them to pursue their dreams, whether it is to become a successful entrepreneur or attend a prestigious university. AYP will ensure that you receive the skills and support you need to make this happen.
